The Workplace Relations Commission ordered Khemraj Odoye to pay former employee Silvia Andrea Sejas Pardo €5,103.52 after finding two unpaid-wages complaints well founded. The decision was dated 14 July 2022. Sejas Pardo said she was owed wages for April and May 2021 and payment in lieu of notice when her employment ended. Odoye did not attend the hearing. The WRC recorded €4,647.85 in outstanding wages and €455.67 calculated for notice pay, and ordered payment within 42 days of the decision.
