WRC says it had no jurisdiction to hear Gerald Trytsman’s employment complaints

The Workplace Relations Commission said it had no jurisdiction to hear 11 complaints brought by Gerald Trytsman against Sterile Services Enivornment SSE. The merits were not decided. Trytsman worked as a cleaning technician until 15 March 2019 and referred the complaints on 26 July 2021. He said serious illness had delayed him and that he received meeting minutes in June 2020, but the adjudication officer found the complaints were still referred outside the applicable time limits. The decision was dated 10 May 2023.
