The Workplace Relations Commission found Georgia Ryan’s complaint against Rae Moore t/a Atelier Rae was not well founded, in a decision dated 21 September 2021. Ryan claimed €962.69 for unpaid wages, holiday pay and notice pay after leaving her architectural graduate role. The adjudication officer found that the employer’s records showed Ryan had received the wages and holiday pay accrued during her employment. She had worked for about six weeks, had no contractual notice entitlement and had not accrued the service required for statutory notice.
