The WRC formally dismissed Valerie O'Reilly's unfair dismissal complaint against UCD - The Applied Language Centre, dated 23 June 2023. Adjudication officer Kevin Baneham said University College Dublin was the proper respondent and that the claim had already been decided in a related case.
