The Workplace Relations Commission ordered OSS Company (Recruitment Agency) to pay Eoin Farrell €3,800 after finding that it had breached the law on written employment terms. The decision was dated 21 September 2021. Farrell said he had not received written terms before his assignment ended and received his contract only after he was dismissed. OSS said it had emailed the contract in January and that Farrell declined an offer of similar work at another site. The adjudicator found that OSS had not provided and retained a signed and dated terms document.
