WRC finds Colum Connolly was not discriminated against by Aramark

The Workplace Relations Commission found that Colum Connolly was not discriminated against by Aramark after he failed to establish a prima facie case of discrimination. The decision, dated 6 July 2022, followed a hearing Connolly did not attend. He had told the WRC the day before that he could not attend, but did not apply for a postponement. Aramark presented no evidence, although two witnesses attended prepared to give evidence.
