G4S wins three complaints over overtime and holiday pay

The WRC found three complaints by Arif Ali Iqbal against G4S Security Company not well founded in a decision dated 12 June 2023. Iqbal said he was owed overtime for specified shifts in 2019 and 34 days of annual leave. G4S said he had been paid for the hours he worked and that the outstanding leave days were paid after he left. The adjudicator found the aviation working-time rules cited in one complaint did not apply to Iqbal. The adjudicator accepted that his annual leave had initially been underpaid, but found the outstanding days had since been paid. The overtime complaint was also not well founded.
