The WRC found that Cpl Limerick did not discriminate against Marisa McCarthy in its bonus payments, rejecting her complaint in a decision dated 15 July 2021. McCarthy had moved from full-time to part-time work and said she received €100 when she expected a €200 bonus. Cpl Limerick said the bonus scheme at the client company depended on attendance and was adjusted according to hours worked. The WRC found that the bonus was based on attendance and that applying it on a pro-rata basis was logical. It concluded that the complaint was not well founded.
