The Workplace Relations Commission recorded overlapping complaints by an employee against an employer as duplications and withdrawn. The decision, dated 29 June 2023, said the relevant matters were being dealt with in two other case numbers. The complaints covered transfer-of-undertakings, unfair dismissal and redundancy legislation. The employment equality matter had also been withdrawn.
