Moran told the WRC the day before the hearing that the time was inconvenient and that he would not attend. The respondent was represented, and the store manager gave evidence. The officer found Moran had been notified of the hearing and that his failure to attend was unreasonable. With no evidence presented in support of the discrimination allegation, the officer concluded the investigation and found against him.
