The WRC found three complaints by care assistant Muzikayise Nxumalo against Step and Stone not well founded, after finding the company was not his employer. The decision was dated 23 August 2021. Nxumalo’s contract and payslips identified Cora Residential Care as his employer. The complaints concerned working time and pay, and the WRC said they could not proceed against Step and Stone.
