The Workplace Relations Commission found Karen Doyle’s complaints against Maryphad Limited were not well founded because the correct respondent had not been named. Adjudication officer Conor Stokes dated the decision 24 March 2022. The complaints covered working time, redundancy, employment terms, minimum notice and alleged age discrimination. Doyle and the company both agreed that Maryphad Limited was not the correct respondent. The WRC found no breach of the legislation.
