WRC finds no evidence that Mylan dismissed Afolabi Odesanya because of race

The Workplace Relations Commission found that Mylan did not discriminate against Afolabi Odesanya on the race ground. Its decision, dated 27 April 2022, said Odesanya had not established a prima facie case: he provided no evidence linking his dismissal to his race, and his assertions were unsupported. The complaint was not well founded. The decision addressed the discrimination complaint, not whether the dismissal was otherwise fair.
