The Workplace Relations Commission found Danguole Mamedoviene’s redundancy payment complaint against Canpak Limited not well founded, and found her working-time and unfair-dismissal complaints out of time and not well founded. The decision was dated 8 September 2021. The redundancy claim followed the end of Mamedoviene’s employment on 19 October 2018. The adjudication officer found no reasonable cause to extend its deadline after almost two years. The other two complaints were also outside their applicable time limits; their merits were not decided.
