The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed Toma Munteanu’s unfair dismissal complaint against J. P. Ryan Ltd as not well founded. The decision was dated 8 April 2022. Munteanu, an HGV driver, said his dismissal was unfair. The company said it dismissed him for refusing a delivery instruction. The WRC found the company had proved the dismissal was fair. A second complaint reference, generated in error, was deemed withdrawn.
