The Workplace Relations Commission awarded Helen O'Regan €2,481 for unpaid annual leave, €320.04 for four public holidays and €1,600 for missing written employment terms. The decision was dated 26 July 2021. O'Regan said Eventure Foods Ltd, Red Cherry Cafe had not paid all her leave entitlements or given her written terms. The adjudicator found the employer had not shown that she was given an opportunity to take paid annual leave. The public holiday award covered four holidays during the first 13 weeks of lay-off. All three complaints were well founded.
