The WRC found a bonus claim by former Glenview Hotel Limited Glenview Hotel & Leisure Club Sales and Marketing Manager Deirdre Sands was not well founded. Sands claimed an unpaid performance-related bonus of €11,000 a year, pro rata, under her contract. The officer found the bonus was linked to performance and its non-payment was not an unlawful deduction.
