The WRC found Ross Mc Morrow’s complaint about changes to his employment terms was out of time and not well founded. The merits were not decided. His separate disability discrimination complaint was not well founded because he did not establish facts from which discrimination could be presumed. Mc Morrow said his combined engineering and technician duties should be formalised and sought regrading. The WRC dated its decision 22 April 2022.
