The Workplace Relations Commission found Deirdre Morgan’s Employment Equality Act complaint against the commission frivolous, misconceived and incorrectly based in law. WRC Adjudication Officer James Kelly’s decision was dated 24 March 2022. Morgan alleged discrimination and victimisation in connection with the WRC’s handling of earlier complaints. The adjudicator found the complaint did not meet the Act’s requirements, saying that remedies for challenging tribunal or court conduct or decisions did not include referring such a complaint to the WRC.
