The WRC found A Worker’s complaint against Telecommunications Provider was brought outside the time limit and was not well founded; the merits were not decided. Adjudication Officer Emer O'Shea dated the decision 23 June 2021. The worker complained that the employer had not notified him of a proposed change to his attendance hours. Telecommunications Provider said the amendment corrected an administrative error and that the revised hours were later restored to the original schedule. The WRC treated the alleged notification breach as a one-off event and found the complaint was received outside the six-month time limit.
