The Workplace Relations Commission awarded Piotr Woznica €357.71 for unpaid wages, €357.71 for annual leave, €128 for a public holiday and €357.71 for not receiving a contract of employment, in a decision dated 30 September 2021. The WRC accepted Woznica’s uncontested evidence. His duplicate complaint about not receiving a contract was withdrawn at the hearing. Woznica worked as a construction fitter for Alu-Dream Limited from 11 November 2019 to 26 January 2020. The respondent did not attend the hearing.
