The Workplace Relations Commission ordered AA Euro Recruitment Ireland Limited to pay Petru Cristinel Boboc €902.54 compensation after finding his complaint about overtime conditions well founded. The decision was dated 16 May 2022. The parties accepted that the agency had contravened the Protection of Employees (Temporary Agency Work) Act 2012. Boboc’s other complaints were withdrawn.
