The WRC found Nuno Dantas’s unfair dismissal complaint against Voxpro was not well founded in a decision dated 26 July 2021. Dantas said he was dismissed after invoking force majeure leave when he arrived 20 minutes late because of a flat tyre. The adjudication officer found he had not provided evidence that his dismissal resulted from exercising that right, and that a flat tyre did not meet the required definition of force majeure.
