The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed Roberto Alamazani’s Equal Status complaint against the WRC, finding it misconceived. The decision was dated 26 August 2021.
Alamazani alleged discrimination over the refusal to postpone a hearing and the handling of his correspondence. The complaint concerned the administration of another WRC case.
The adjudication officer found no evidence linking the treatment to race or another discriminatory ground and concluded the claim had no prospect of success. The complaint was dismissed under section 22 of the Equal Status Acts.
