The WRC found that Boon Agency Limited made unlawful deductions from Javier Martinez’s wages and directed it to pay him €7,911.37 in unpaid wages and €680.32 for outstanding holiday pay. Adjudication Officer Enda Murphy dated the decision 28 May 2019. The company did not dispute that the money was owed and said it was trying to arrange a payment plan. Martinez attended the hearing; the company did not.
