The Workplace Relations Commission found Mark J. Savage’s religious discrimination complaint against Musgrave Operating Partners Ireland Limited t/a Supervalu was not well founded. The decision was dated 12 August 2020. Savage said a security guard removed his pro-life leaflet from a community noticeboard at the Supervalu store in Swords Pavilion Shopping Centre and that a manager refused permission to put it back. The WRC found he had not established a prima facie case because the store did not know he was Evangelical Christian and the leaflet did not identify its author as Evangelical Christian.
