The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed two Equal Status complaints brought by Angelica Radio nova against Celina Sheehan, finding them not well founded after Radio nova did not attend the hearing. The merits were not decided. The decision was dated 10 January 2019.
Radio nova alleged discrimination, victimisation and harassment connected with access to the Housing Assistance Programme and a refusal to sign a HAP application. Sheehan denied the claims and said she was an intermediary, not the service provider.
