The WRC dismissed three complaints after a mechanic told the service he was in Australia and would not attend the hearing. The decision was dated 4 April 2018; the complaints fell for want of prosecution, and the merits were not decided. The complaints concerned working time and written employment terms. The garage was present at the hearing.
