The designer said the business closed without notice on 17 November 2017 and claimed eight weeks’ minimum notice worth €4,228.16, plus €630 net in unpaid wages. The respondent did not contest the evidence at the hearing. The adjudicator found the complaint well founded and required payment of the claimed net amount.
