The WRC found that a dental technician’s job ended by reason of redundancy and awarded him a lump sum based on his service and gross weekly pay of €608.81. A Dental Laboratory did not attend the hearing. Beforehand, it told the WRC that limited cash flow affected its ability to pay and proposed monthly payments of €500.
