The WRC found a health employee’s complaint against health services not well founded because it fell outside the Terms of Employment (Information) Act. The merits were not decided. The decision was dated 3 May 2018. The employee said health services had failed to accommodate him in relation to his employment. Health services argued that the complaint was outside the Act’s remit. The adjudicator found that the complaint before him concerned only that Act and fell outside its scope.
