The Workplace Relations Commission found a kitchen porter was entitled to statutory redundancy pay after the bar and restaurant where she worked in Wicklow closed. The decision was dated 3 April 2018. The entitlement was based on weekly wages of €211.65 and service from 21 June 2002 to 10 March 2017. The respondent did not attend the hearing.
