The Workplace Relations Commission found a waitress was entitled to statutory redundancy pay after the bar and restaurant where she worked in Wicklow closed. The decision was dated 3 April 2018. The entitlement was based on weekly wages of €129.23 and service from 25 May 2008. The respondent did not attend the hearing.
