A book keeper’s statutory redundancy complaint against a bar and restaurant failed after the WRC found the correct respondent had been cited in a related case, ADJ-00010538. The decision was dated 26 April 2018. The adjudication officer found that the worker qualified for statutory redundancy pay, but said redress had to be sought in the related complaint.
