The WRC dismissed a senior manager’s complaints about constructive unfair dismissal and her terms of employment. In a decision dated 13 April 2018, Adjudication Officer Pat Brady found she had not resigned and had not used the recognised process to have her grievances assessed. The officer also found that no change to her terms took effect because she transferred to another organisation before returning from secondment. Both complaints failed on their merits.
