The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed a worker’s complaint for want of prosecution after she did not attend the hearing; the merits were not decided. Adjudication Officer Enda Murphy dated the decision 16 January 2018. The worker had claimed that a meat processing company failed to give her a written statement of her employment terms. The company attended the hearing.
