A security officer’s complaint that his employer failed to notify him in writing of changes to his employment terms failed after he did not attend the hearing. The WRC decision was dated 18 December 2017; the merits were not decided. The security company told the adjudication officer that the officer had left for another job and was not pursuing the claim.
