The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed a kitchen porter’s complaints about minimum notice, public-holiday entitlements and annual leave after he did not attend to pursue them. The complaints failed for want of prosecution; the merits were not decided. The decision was dated 17 November 2017. The public house attended and was available to give evidence. The adjudication officer said she could not proceed because the complainant did not attend to pursue the complaints.
