The WRC awarded an operations manager €2,052 for minimum notice and €2,052 for a significant change to his terms of employment: he was required to use a company vehicle instead of his own, a change the officer said should have been notified. The WRC also upheld his redundancy complaint, with entitlement based on service from May 2010 to July 2017, subject to insurable employment. The unfair-dismissal, second minimum-notice and working-time complaints were withdrawn. The decision was dated 20 November 2017.
