The WRC found that an employee was entitled to €11,260.26 in redundancy pay and €2,481.60 in lieu of notice from a manufacturing company. Adjudication Officer Jim Dolan dated the decision 23 November 2017. The employee attended the hearing, while the company did not. The decision says the company had ceased trading and was going into liquidation. The payments were to be made within 42 days.
