The WRC found a teacher’s complaint about a €180.94 wage deduction was not well founded. The decision was dated 18 January 2018. The school said the deduction followed union-directed industrial action in which members withdrew from supervision and substitution duties. The officer found that the union had directed all members to withdraw and that the teacher had been offered work by returning a form to the principal.
