The Workplace Relations Commission found a worker’s statutory redundancy complaint well founded and ordered the employer to pay redundancy based on a weekly wage of €600 and continuous service from 15 October 2014 to 9 February 2017. Adjudication Officer John Walsh dated the decision 29 March 2018. Payment was due within six weeks.
