The Workplace Relations Commission found it had no jurisdiction to hear Marie Butler’s redundancy, unfair dismissal and payment of wages complaints against Bannagher Oil Limited because they had already been decided. The merits were not decided. The decision was dated 31 January 2018. The respondent told adjudicator Roger McGrath that the complaints had been heard before. The WRC had issued an earlier decision in March 2017 concerning the same dispute.
