The WRC declined jurisdiction over a worker’s redundancy, unfair dismissal and wages complaints in a decision dated 31 January 2018, finding that the matters had already been adjudicated. The merits were not decided. The employer said the complaints had been heard in November 2016. The adjudicator found that the earlier decision meant the complaints could not be heard again.
