The WRC found five complaints by a porter not well founded and said they failed for want of prosecution after he did not attend the hearing. The merits were not decided. Adjudication Officer Louise Boyle dated the decision 14 September 2017. The complaints concerned annual leave, pay, constructive dismissal and alleged discrimination. The porter’s representative sought an adjournment, which the officer denied after considering the evidence.
