The WRC rejected a care coordinator’s three complaints against a home care service provider in a decision dated 4 April 2018. The complaints concerned employment information, age discrimination and constructive dismissal. The WRC found that the disputed electronic record-keeping and disagreements about the coordinator’s role did not breach the rules on employment particulars. It found that the age discrimination complaint was outside the time limit and that the coordinator had not shown that her employer’s conduct justified her resignation. The WRC also found that key grievance letters had been sent to an incorrect address and were not received by the provider.
