A Travel Consultant’s redundancy claim failed because her employment transferred to another employer and she remained employed there, the WRC found in a decision dated 18 October 2017. The adjudication officer found that no redundancy situation arose: the consultant’s employment transferred under the transfer-of-undertakings regulations in May 2016, and she continued working for the new employer.
