A software engineer won €12,441.56 net in compensation from a company, the Workplace Relations Commission found in a decision dated 11 July 2017. She said she had not been paid for November and December 2016, February 2017 and six working days in March 2017. The WRC found her Payment of Wages Act, 1991 complaint well founded, based on uncontested evidence at the hearing.
