The Workplace Relations Commission ordered an employer to pay a software engineer €2,400 net for unpaid wages and holiday pay. The decision was dated 13 July 2017. The worker said he was owed wages for 14 days worked in November 2016 and pay for eight days of unused holidays when his employment ended. The WRC found the complaint well founded on uncontested evidence.
