The WRC found two redundancy complaints by a sales assistant not well founded, ruling that the statutory criteria for redundancy were not met. Adjudication Officer Joe Donnelly issued the decision dated 20 November 2017. The complainant said her hours were cut by more than half and that the retail store refused to complete her RP9 form. The store said she had a variable-hours contract and there was no redundancy situation. The WRC treated the second complaint as a duplicate of the first and also found it not well founded.
